oh, I figured out it wasn't an actual M&G because the interview said the M&G were sold out but some fans got to meet her anyway.

There's brands of chewing gum that come with little temporary tattoos - you lick the back of them, press against the skin for about 30 seconds, and then you get a cute little tattoo on you until you wash it off.
