While Britney Spears was shooting a video last week, a camera fell on her head and caused serious bleeding. A doctor was immediately summoned and the young singer received four stitches, says Britney’s mother, Lynne, in her weekly letter to fans on Spears’ official website. According to MTV News, Spears was shooting the video for the oh-so-aptly titled ”Oops… I Did It Again” on March 18 in Universal City, Calif., when the incident occurred. Spears was told to rest, but after only four hours, she was ready to finish the video. The injury has not kept Spears from any concert engagements.

When was the last time you immediately got back to work four hours after an injury that required you to get four stitches?

No outrage then and no outrage after the fact. I see your priorities

gorl i was 10 years old 
but i would've advocated for her back then had i known just as much as I do now for her wellbeing.  they really didn't give a **** about her, all they saw was $$$.

Four stitches is literally nothing. I had 8 stitches on my hand after I cut myself and the cut was barely 3 inches long. I went to dinner and a movie that night. It ain't that serious y'all.

What were fans/people supposed to do? Protest outside of Jive Records to postpone “Oops”? By the end of the day, it was Britney who soldiered on and wanted to finish the video which I think is very admirable.
