The hate he gets is for signing on to work with Britney in the first place. Maybe he thought a grand opportunity fell into his lap and he was locked in before it was too late but still I’m certain he got a taste of what working with Britney was like during femme fatale and scream and shout. I do think he probably feels really bad tho.

I never saw a comment hating on him as a person, but hes a horrible artist, making horrible music with a legend like Britney.

There’s no reason for him to feel bad. Britney could choose to work with whoever she wants, and yet she decided to work with him for this single, meaning that she feels safe with him… Unless I misunderstood what you said.

Support Will and Support Britney!     

With help from great friends and collaborators (like Elton John) they’re keeping Britney’s music and legacy alive with the GP and the media.
We’ve experienced how it’s all too easy for her art to get lost in the mess that is the media’s perception of Britney but HMC is a lovely example of how people are still  here for B’s music. 

Regardless of the song or it quality, new music is what’s important. And there won’t be any new music any time soon if we all continue to complain about and pan it. It’s a fun stupid song, it’s weird, and I’m kinda into that. BOP!!

I have contradictory feelings about will.i.am... He obviously loves Britney and makes her feel comfortable and understood, which should already be enough, and also she chose him, BUT at the same time he's directly responsible for executive producing Bamboozled Juliana and therefore allowing Myah's vocals to overtake the whole album... Which is insane to me. I still can't believe it. To me, and no exaggeration, that feels like treason. So deep inside I'll never forgive him. Britney already had a long and impeccable catalogue, you cannot do such a crime with such a huge artist.

Having said that... None in the Britney Army can say shiz about will for making arguably bad music for her if, at the same time, any of you guys cannot appreciate the maturity in "Glory" (the songs, the lyrics, her vocals...). What I mean is that there's a moment for everything. Britney already made her own version of "mature music", so we should APPRECIATE IT. She even released the beautiful and also mature "Hold Me Closer" as her first post-conservatorship single. Now it's time to pu22y-pop again!

Hope we get confirmation on how this development happened; we know it's an alleged BJ outtake.

I think he's not the bad guy... He work "with" Britney to make easy money for both of them.
He's good in copy&paste, good in production, beats... With a single sentence sung by her, he builds a song without any involvement from her.

So,  if she doesn't want to go in a studio to record new stuff, she calls him to re-edit a 10-year-ago-song just to make some money. I wish this was the narrative.
