2010 :crying4_britney_crying_stages_tears_sad:

I think yes. Because at that time she still had the last major attempts for escape the ship, she didn't have clouded emotions from them yet, and she didn't do FF and POM yet. In 2013, she looked like she wanted to quit for good and take a break for a few years.

2008. Although people love the album circus, most of her songs feel like they aren’t finished or rushed.
I believe that she need this 5 year break after blackout.
I mean she was absence since in the zone but she had all kinds of side stuff she did in 2004,05,06.

I think if it had ended at the conclusion of the Circus tour, she may think differently about the industry.  But she went into record album after album and tour after tour only to continue being in a conservatorship, when I’m sure she was thinking “if I prove I can do this, they will let me go”…and they wouldn’t.

I agree with 2010. for me, if Britney was 'well enough' to do a world tour in 2009 she should have got out of the cship, there's no way a person so 'mentally ill' she needs a cship could do a world tour

After the Circus tour in 2009 cause that's what Jamie and Team Con "promised" Britney :nochillbrit_britney_impatient_2008_annoyed_irritated_nope_smh_head_shaking_my_ftr_for_the_record_circus:

Yeah, she believed they set her free, but then they felt how money smells.

Yeah, she believed they set her free, but then they felt how money smells.

I think maybe at the time they probably meant it because they didn't know for sure if her comeback tour would be very successful

but then like you said, they started thinking about money and not her best interest.

Cause honestly:

If Britney had "dementia" according to what Jamie filed in court,

why would it be ok for her to perform a WORLDWIDE TOUR and record a new album if she did?

According to Google:

Dementia is a condition characterized by progressive or persistent loss of intellectual functioning including impairment of memory.

If she really had that,

then how could she be able to learn and remember choreography and the lyrics to her songs??

I just can't believe the legal system actually believed this BS and made her lose her freedom for 13 YEARS! :nochillbrit_britney_impatient_2008_annoyed_irritated_nope_smh_head_shaking_my_ftr_for_the_record_circus:

I know, right?

Britney was in REALLY bad shape at the time of X-Factor and I mean like mentally.

Plus alot of the times,

her outfits and look were REALLY BAD!

I remember watching the season she judged and my god she looked like she was in her 50s even though she was only 30 at the time.

I think they tried to humiliate her many times and deliberately show her in public "how bad is she now" and that she needs really their "help".

True.

Also those weird facial expressions she made on the show that are now memes, were just very uncomfortable to watch.

I remember my mom and I watching the show and her asking me "What's wrong with her?"

Obviously now we know the truth.
