Great timing for Christmas gifting. She also announced and made it available for preorder on Amazon Prime Day which is smart because a lot of people will order it from Amazon and were already online shopping yesterday/today.

It's being released on my grandpa's birthday. We lost him in 2015. So it's a special day for me. The next day, the 25th, is also my 3rd anniversary with my boyfriend.

Genius. 1) they didn’t announce or release during a period where another book would have been serious competition with hers. 2) it was announced on Prime Day. 3) it’s release date is perfect timing for holidays/Black Friday boosts to carry it further past the first week hype sales. 4) far enough date reveal to ensure that she owns the market for memoir releases that time frame- no other publisher will dare to release close to Britney now.

Also the rumored original release date 01/24/2023 would have been terrible.
Prince Harry's book was published 01/10/2023 and it was #1 on the New York Times best-seller list for 7 weeks in a row.
Pamela Anderson's book was released 01/31/2023 and it was #2 because of Harry's book!

I really hope that Britney will be #1 on the New York Times best-seller list!

The only celebrity memoir that might threaten Britney's is Barbara Streisand's. She has said her memoir is 997 pages long and comes out on November 7.

I'm happy with October especially since we were surprised it's finished and with it cooling down I'm looking forward to having some hot tea and get under a blanket and binge read this book.

barbara has a huge fan base though… also she’s lived a long time and i’m sure she’s dealt with a lot of prejudice from the industry… so interesting… im curious to what she has to say now
