User @Rik vs Exhale is going to jail for his thread ''Why did Elton John call for a cover art vote for Hold Me Closer, when Britney clearly liked this fan art the best?'', Exhale Magazine reports. 

A leaked video of the court hearing featuring Judge @GlitterRain has surfaced, revealing a decisive ruling that the user will be going to jail. Period.

Right before heading to jail, the user was caught in his car, visibly distraught and overcome with emotion.

This incident of arrest is not an isolated occurrence for the user, as they have a history of encounters with the Exhale rules.
