Why did Elton John call for a cover art vote for Hold Me Closer, when Britney clearly liked this fan art the best?

Elton is a catty little queen. Britney posted my cover 5 different times & used it as the official single cover in her eyes…she obviously liked my little mess.

& then what does Elton do? Make a fan cover contest, choose 4 other fans cover & paid me dust. He should have included my art as a (Britney’s Version) physical single art cover as well. Not even because it was mine but bc Britney acknowledged it & liked it. 
 

And its crazy after almost a year, people are still being so hateful towards me & my little random graphic I made on my phone for fun, under an hour. I had no idea it would even get any attention, but here we are. I’ve received a lot of harassment over it and have even been labeled team con by some, when those that know me, know I have advocated for Britney for such a long time & have loved her since I was a young boy.
