No, they are systems that are vastly different and totally independent from each other. Idk what Will was talking about in that one video but this technology simply didn't exist. The earliest example of this tech is from 2016, 3 years after Britney Jean, with Adobe's VoCo program, which was never released:

Mmm… no one said there was a conspiracy at hand. It’s just fact. Artificial Intelligence has been around as long as there have been computers (not personal computers).

Have a small form word with yourselves. I work in IT for a living, got my degree, all that jazz. AI in the form we have it today where it can generate voices based on samples to make songs, and can think and write essays and all that did not exist. It just didn’t. Move on with it.
