Billboard Charts are not really good in defining a hit. 

„Toxic“, „Gimme More“ and „Slave“ are some of the biggest pop songs ever. 

Then you see other‘s having #1‘s in rows but the songs are forgotten after 2 years….

It's her top Xmas song that had 0 promotion, 0 mentions from her, no MV and only had an basic vinyl release. And it's smashing. About to hit 261 million streams...almost platinum in US

She's one of countless examples of full xmas albums being flops. Britney has just 1 xmas song that's bigger and still more relevant than countless flopmas albums.

 

It deserves to be in her top 30.

Christina's wasn't a flop it went plantinum.
