I've always heard that Britney is a global icon, whereas Beyonce is untouchable in the US. Not sure how much that holds up, given I'm from the US. But in the US, Beyonce is much more respected and popular nowadays than Britney is (objectively speaking).

They both are not really fashion darlings.

Rihanna and Madonna are both juggernauts in that world.

I don’t see Beyoncé or Britney hanging out with designers (yes Donatella hired Britney like twice) but I’m talking about being able to flow with those types of people and creatives.
 

Like you won’t find Beyoncé Britney or Christina at a haute couture show in holland.
