Kevin Federline demands Britney approve his and the kids' move to Hawaii or he'll seek a court order

Kevin Federline is giving Britney and her lawyer a deadline of this Friday (June 2nd) to approve his move to Hawaii with their two kids, or he'll go to court and ask the judge to sign off on it. 

K'fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, tells TMZ, he has asked Britney's lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, several times to send a letter/email stating Britney is OK with the move, but that hasn't happened.

Kevin wants to move August 1st but is having trouble, including renting a place. His wife, Victoria Prince, has a job offer in the sports department of a local university and has to commit.

"Kevin's lawyer adds there should be no issue with the 2 kids, 17-year-old Sean Preston and 16-year-old Jayden James. He says Kevin has 100% legal custody and 100% de facto physical custody, adding Britney has not seen the boys in more than a year."

"If Britney's lawyer doesn't respond by Friday, Kaplan says he will file legal docs asking for a move-away order."

Sources say Britney doesn't have any real objections to the move, but there needs to be a formal waiver from her or a court order.

With her sons possibly in Hawaii and Britney not working makes no sense to be there. 

Britney’s husband works in LA though. If she moved, Sam would be gone a lot of time. She’ll be even more isolated. :sad_britney_ftr_for_the_record:

That’s what I hope she does. Call KFed and Kaplan’s bluff!!! Let them take this to court… we all know cases move at snails pace in the system. Run out the clock!! Take it to court so Britney and Rosengart can tell the judge all about how Kevin alienated her from their sons, how he colluded with Jamie during the conservatorship to drain more money from Britney ($5,000 more) that didn’t have approval from the court but Jamie was paying KFed off and using the boys as pawns in their twisted mind games to control, manipulate and rob her of both her money and motherhood.

Take it to court to demand that KFed starts giving account to how the money is being spent. Take it to court so Britney can request to have payment amount reduced, cuz what’s the point in forking over $40k/mo for kids who bad mouth her and have disowned her??!! Britney has full control of her life and still has maternal rights so it doesn’t matter that KFed has custody, she’s still their mother!!

On principal alone, if nothing else, Britney needs to stand up for herself and STOP letting Kevin and Kaplan issues weak *** threats to her through TMZ’s reports over taking her to court. Is that supposed to scare her? Nothing scary about court!! Britney & Rosengart need to put a stop to the Federlines and Mark Vincent Kaplan taking advantage of her. If she hasn’t responded yet that tells me she doesn’t want them to move. It’s painful for Britney to lose her sons again, which they all know hurts her but they don’t care. Azz holes!!!!

Take this **** to court!!

Watch Kevin want to enroll the boys into college on Britney's dime and have her paying til they're 23 years old.

In Hawaii, if a child is in college, the court can mandate that the paying parent pay child support up until 23-years-of-age. If the child has special needs that require that they receive extra care, the court can require child support even beyond 23.
