This woman had serious mental health issues due to the trash men in her life, therefore she wanted to achieve society’s beauty standards by… moulding the body we see today, which is the way it is. Last album she doesn’t sound like it and full of autotune.

Is it because of all the surgeries she had?

It’s because she was working with a different team of writers/collaborators/producers, trying something different. I hope she learned a valuable lesson lol. Her verse on Missy’s “I’m Better” remix tho 🤤

European, African, Latin, and Asian people of all races, all over the world, male and female, chemically straighten their hair to achieve that look. Skin lightening and chemically straightened hair is not exclusive to African Americans.  But like you said, it's a much bigger topic in African American communities because it gives the impression of appeasing to society's racist beauty standards, and Americans are very vocal about everything.

Kims botched surgery is really why people ridicule her. If she looked good, it wouldn't be an issue.
