Queen Bey + Jay purchased the most expensive mansion ever sold in the state of California at $200 mill. 

However, some people have disagreed with the price tag upon examination of the visuals posted online.

Is any place of residence worth $200mil? Does seem a touch excessive for cast concrete and a bland facade. But if that’s what we’re willing to pay, power to them. I think I’ve seen other celeb homes nicer than this for a fraction of the price

imho, it looks boring, simple flat grey walls, empty halls etc... do Beyoncé & Jay-Z even live in huge houses like that? I mean, it's so huge, it could fit my whole neighborhood lols... and as for the price, I agree with a comment above that reads something along the lines that probably location of this property increased its value

Imagine the amount of cleaning products that is necessary to clean a house like that. I couldn't even afford for that expense.

Her tour is expected to out do Taylor swift,  and even Forbes said unless Taylor announces international dates.

What's the point of buying that mansion when Bey and her family will probably only spend a few days there per year at most in between Bey touring?

Plus it looks like shit. I've seen prettier looking prisons.
