I think a lot of these musicians have no say when they first start off even though they are so successful and they form legions of fans. As they get older they want more creative control. But that usually means bad music for the fans. But they don't care because it's so "personal" and "important" to them.

I understand that aspect. Thanks for illuminating that. 

I hope she will succeed in rediscovering her footing and niche again because her "acid" song isn't all that relatable, and that's rough if it stems from a personal place.

Listened to it for the 3rd time today, and I love it now. Didn't think I'd wanna listen to it often because of how somber it is, but it's short and dynamic, so it actually lends itself well to repeated listens. 

@Rik vs Exhale, favorite song? Mine's probably All I Need Is You, though it really reminds me of some other song, which has been annoying the f-ck out of me.

I’ve been listening to it everyday… but it’s a heavier record for sure. I love The Drama the most tbh. It’s definitely the most different off the album too.  all I need is you is good too!
