I think it was played at the end credits of a talk show, but it sounds drastically different from the multitrack stems. But now for the real million-dollar question

The clip comes from a 2008 broadcast of Extra. Since Extra is syndicated television they can't play any copyrighted music which is why they used a royalty-free version of the song

Now the Get Back demo was done by an independent artist named Ashley Breathe, she posted a bunch of songs online before the release of Blackout claiming they were real demos

Many of them were based around a very short sample of another song. In this case she used a sample of a Beanie Sigel track named "Who Want What"
