Factually speaking, women do as well and hetero HIV transmissions actually overtook h o m o ones a few years ago. But with the advancement of medicine, people (in developed countries at least) don’t just get aids and die.

There is legitimate science backing up how being overweight contributes to other medical issues. People can love who they are and not be shamed by their appearance. It won’t change that the more weight you carry, the more stress on your body and organs translating to higher risk of early death.  
 

You may not agree with some opinions in this thread, but your comment is not how a well adjusted person would handle it.

Agreed, I absolutely think Sam has been pushed in this direction by their management or whatever. I saw Sam live in 2018ish and these images are just sad. The show back then was amazing.
