You guys think beyonces dad who has had literally 0 control of his 41 year old daughters career since 2007 (ironically lol) buys her awards?????! She literally can sing her *** off and she talks about political issues in her music. How would that not be recognized? It’s genuinely great music. Should It Should Be Easy have been submitted for a nomination instead?

The other thing is just the obvious truth: Beyoncé  literally can sing her *** off and she has continued to work on records consistently while having the artistic freedom to do so. If Britney had control for 13 years and the desire perhaps she could, but it’s simply not the case. I do believe if she made records now and they were submitted, there would be consideration as there was buzz around Hold Me Closer being submitted for consideration. 

Say it louder. People seem to forget that Beyoncé has the greatest and most consistent work ethic out of any female artist over the last 20 years. Her showmanship is like none other with very consistent bodies of work. And people wonder why she gets awarded all the time?

These awards aren’t exactly random. The celebrity or record label must submit themselves and basically run a campaign to win. Doesn’t really seem like Britney’s style.
