Was There Ever A Discussion For A Burlesque Broadway Musical Fom The 2010 Movie?

I was watching a reactiong to the movie starring Christina Aguilera and Cher, and wow, Xtina really shines in the musical numbers, the last one is amazing, I wonder if there was any discussion about it? It would've been so lit to watch all of those songs live somehow.

Didn’t burlesque kind of disappoint at the box office? For a Cher movie and Christina Aguilera (debut) in 2010, it should’ve fared better. While it might be gaining its audience and cult following right now, particularly in the lgbtq+ community from what I can tell, I wonder if it could now be adapted. I have yet to see it though

Yeah, the $ wasn't good. But still, sometimes they still do things from flops.

I think it's a cute movie, you should try to watch it.
