She's mentioned the secret relationship at least twice now...It would be interesting to see if we could dig up the old posts.

I am pretty sure it was Adnan the paparazzi guy. Almost certain.. As her dad chased him away and he couldn't do much and tried to help her from those freaks.

I now think she's likely talking about Adnan.

They reconnected during the filming of FTR and leading into the Circus promo.
