She's actually mentioned it before too! I think this is the third time she mentions the secret relationship... I don't think it happened at 25 though, she's not very good with time (in interviews she has said that certain things happened earlier than they actually happened and vice versa)... So I wonder if she's talking about Adnan, it wasn't really a "secret" relationship, but it wasn't confirmed by her either... Or yeah, could be a woman as well, but I feel like a regular person would have gone to the press already and if it was someone from the industry, there's no way it could have been kept a secret when she had cameras on her 24/7.
