I know Rosengart is trying to build a case, but I’m still genuinely confused as to wtf is even going on at this point.  She hasn’t filed any charges, so what is he building a case for?  It seems the only thing left for the court to do is to decide whether or not Britney will pay for everyone’s legal fees.  So I legit can’t understand what all the other stuff is even for if Britney isn’t pursuing any charges.  Why do we need depositions from Jamie and Tristar?  They deserve to pay for what they did, but it’s Britney’s decision as to whether she wants to pursue that.

the depositions are part of discovery, discovery in legal terms means evidence. rosengart is trying to gather evidence to pursue the charges. he can't just go into court and say see! jamie was bad! it says so in this tv documentary! they need indisputable proof. and britney or rosengart can't be the one to bring the charges, only the da (district attorney) can. rosengart will present the case to the da and they will then decide to take it on or not. even WITH indisputable proof they can still decline the case if they want. it's all a gamble and it's why, i believe rosengart is being as thorough as possible.

He was deposed last year in August. A lot of side stepping and non answers given.

Rosengart had his chance late 2021 and early 2022 when he had the evidence to file a lawsuit regarding the illegal surveillance, he had Vlasov and the former FBI agent that verified it but he wasted time by being a fool asking nicely for the first deposition and just being stood up like a fool. 

It is over… Rosengart couldn’t keep up with the hillbilly Jamie Spears.. TriStar will chew him up and spit him right back out.

Hopefully Britney will stop giving her money to him.
 

Yeah, totally Rosengart is the only one at fault and not the clown judge that keeps postponing and denying everything.

They can sue though can't they? Nobody goes to gaol but Jimbo ends up owing more money.

yes britney can definitely sue him civilly, which i see happening if this current case goes nowhere. think of the oj trial. he was found not guilty criminally, but "legally responsible" when sued civilly.

Read again, both the corrupt judge and Rosengart that is incompetent and naive.

He knew the courtroom… he knew the judge from the very beginning and ofc he knew how ****ed up the whole situation was. He could’ve done SO MUCH from the beginning to start pretty much from scratch with a new judge and different courtroom.. sure it would’ve took months but I mean.. here we are a year and a half after evidence was handed to him, he has not accomplished A SINGLE THING. NOTHING. It’s over. Discovery is screwed, the referee thing will be another fiasco and loss… it’s a dead end that could’ve been avoided
