I dont believe in Crystals, but people that do usually will tell you certain crystals have energy that can help you depending on what you want. But none of them will say if you dont wear the crystal, you will lock yourself from the world lol

Only what I'm sure what does work, so if you hold in hands larger crystal of tourmaline. I have them two at home. They are taking from you negative energy. But you must put them into the glass with fresh water through whole night per 3/4 days and then rinse them in water in the morning.

yeah, I don't believe in that too and I don't anyone's freedom to believe in whatever they want or need tho  however I see that crystals, meditation, medication or anything one has to "help them" as an alternative source is just a permission slip.  But that's my opinion
