I’m not defending TMZ but y’all have clearly never been around someone who’s manic. I was raised by a mother with bi polar, I know what manic looks like. She’s definitely… struggling right now. She’s clearly not well, understandably. She’s not coherent from what we can hear. Like no she doesn’t want to be filmed and that’s exasperating the situation but clearly things are not all sunshine and roses.

 Sounds like the waitress is telling her that she “ordered 32 different things”. 

It sounds like shes saying “you over did that” in a British accent, prob mocking what Sam told her before walking out?

If this altercation is bc of the stuff Britney ordered…like she can buy the entire restaurant if she wants…Celebs are quirky. If she wants to take one bite out of every single item on the menu, she can.

But it's literally a few seconds long, you do not know if Sam went to the bathroom, whether he went to speak to management (of the restaurant), went to get security to hurry up, or if he did actually leave - which i'd be surprised at.

I work in mental health and addictions and have for 15 years. It’s OKAY if she’s not okay mentally. It’s OKAY and COMMON to have a mental health condition. It is her right and choice as an adult to not take medications, especially after being forced to for so many years. And does not in ANY way justify a conservatorship. 
It is sad that this was filmed and sent to TMZ. Very reminiscent of 2007 days. I feel for her. She should be able to live privately after years of performing for the world, and being forced for years to be in the limelight. I wish TMZ and everyone would leave her alone. 
Also, before everyone blames sam for leaving. It is HARD to be a close family member of someone with mental health concerns. And she had a body guard with her the entire time.

As someone who has their own issues but also struggled with TWO close family members with serious mental health issues nearly my whole life, people have no idea how difficult and hard it can be. So I hope people don’t judge Sam too hard. Although I too was disappointed to hear what happened, I have enough experience to know it’s not all black and white.

I don't think anyone would deny she has some mental health issues? Such as recovery from trauma and anxiety. However, we're not jumping on the 'mentally ill' bandwagon.

However, considering your history it is hardly a shock you jump on the 'crazy' train.

Well and that's the reason why we barely see her for like 6 months, she hates going out because of this. Can people let this woman alone, please? The 4ssh0le recording the video is not even trying to pretend that he wasn't doing it, he put the phone right at her direction, everyone would be mad.
