She hasn't released a studio album since 2009 and has only released 5 stand-alone singles from 2015-2020 

But somehow she keeps doing live shows here and there  (mainly songs from her second album, RELEASED IN 1996!)

Since Mariah is the only living legends that has to make all these comebacks, I’ll go with her. I don’t know why the rules are different for her, but her music needs to be heard and she needs to be respected. I think she is going to have a big year.
