I agree with her. Social media sites are a huge part of my life, but somethimes getting a pause is the best decision. I do it from time to time, and I feel myself really better without all that information

In 2014 and again in 2018,

I canceled all my social media and its the best thing I ever done for my mental health because my private life is more special because it isn't shared with the world and only for myself.

Idk if these are social media but the only accounts I do have are:

Exhale and Youtube but nothing else.

 

Also another reason why I deleted my socials is because EVERYTHING you post STAYS online forever! Even stupid posts!

I remember having FB when I was a teen but I never had IG.

IG is messy AF and my friend used to show me all the drama on there and it aint worth it in my opinion.
