It’s already been confirmed on TikTok it was taken at the Four Seasons on Oct 24th. The person who took the photo asked to take a pic with her, she said no, but complimented the persons British accent. So they snapped this pic.

Guys there is black behind her. Probably from the person sitting there. Or whatever it is, it’s making her body look bigger. Look close and you can see the difference. It’s a trick of the angle and environment. That’s my best assessment anyway.
