Pop princess Britney Spears has revealed the extent of her bipolar disorder and mood swings.

Is this even real?  Team con's 2013 propaganda or what?  

I've never watched this I Am Britney Jean documentary or whatever that was, has she ever said that?

it is real i remember this, but she meant it in a joking way not actually saying she has bipolar

a little after the 12 minute mark, you can see her say this facetiously.

yeah she said this in a light hearted joking way in the i am britney jean doc. because bipolar is often thought of to be "oh i have mood swings, i'm sooo bipolar!!!" when the disorder is much more complex.
