I was like WTF at first,

I was confused that no one at any point, including Fergie, admitted that it was a bad experiment, so she could avoid the humiliation.

I was embarrassed for her. She was singing it like it was some s£xy jazz tune. I also thought she was a really random choice of singer to perform it that year.

Annoyed because if she'd just done a good rendition nobody would've cared, but she messed up so of course she became a meme even though she's way too talented to become a laughing stock... again. It was the urine incident all over again.
