Was Ponytailney during POM iconic?

Let’s be real, Britney’s hair going up into a ponytail during POM was legendary and absolutely a cultural reset. It’s pretty iconic that she didn’t care what others thought and put her hair up whenever she wanted  

Then we also have this iconic look

a ponytailney well done, tight and that lasted the whole show would have been iconic, or something like this:

but she was "arranging" and tightening her panytail every 5 minutes, very uncomfortable to watch, interrupting her "dance"
