No I don’t think so. I feel like denim jeans are a staple in country fashion and I think she was just putting a glam Katy twist on it. She looks the best I’ve seen her in years (not that she’s been beat looking but this is next level for her)

maybe I’m too old or not “with it” but I never got the appeal of her… I don’t think she’s funny, I don’t think anything about her tbh… maybe I’m a hater? I mean, it's nice if she's trying to pay homage to Britney but she already did at the VMAs some years ago and denim dresses are not something you would wear on a red carpet more than once imo.. I like this dress better than her previous one though.

She was a cute pop tart that entertained middle schoolers across the world. Then those middle schoolers grew up and her fan base was lost.
