I always thought she looked gorgeous in it, specially the scene with the white hat. But it doesnt match the song. I like the original concept better, when she was hanging around London with her girlfriends.

This was the director's idea for the video concept, I think it was a waste of a hot song to do a video like this.

Clearly this would've done better had it been a dance type video for this upbeat track.

The video doesn't do the song justice.

Back then it felt like they would casually give her 4th singles cheap and uninspired videos cause they expected them to flop anyway. Looking back now it was just radar with this issue, I was too naive to see the effort in the baby-britney 4th single videos

I remember being a young and relatively new Britney stan listening to Blackout religiously all the time. I was so confused when I found out that Radar was a single for Circus and when I saw the video, it was so different from what I was always used to picturing in my head (which was Britney with black hair at a club in the London. I think I was mixing it up with the original video treatment they had in mind). But overtime, I grew to love the elegance of the video and how she still looked like Primeney with the hair and makeup on point. And I also loved when BoJack Horseman referenced the vid on IG lol

At least went number one in Israel! the song had so much potential.
