I mean it's insane because anybody on earth can see she didn't voluntarily choose this and this filing even contradicts how viciously they tried to prevent her from leaving the con :leaving_tiffany_pollard_walk_away_leaving_bye_walking_out_pink_miss_ms_ny_new_york_bag:

It’s true, it makes our legal system look really terrible. They enslaved her to “protect” her, signed off by the court even when she fought against it.

the court filings are so blatantly exploitative and the lawyers are just playing with words and they all know it

Well it's just Jamie's side that's dragging things.

Rosengart has said repeatedly if Jamie was a decent human being he would stop all the filings and let the conservatorship finances wrap up.

If you remember back in January Rosengart hoped to have discovery done by July. He hoped Judge Penny would give them a trial date by then.

Unfortunately, not a single team con member cooperated.

And it's been a never ending waiting game for Britney for a whole year now with the only accomplishment being Jamie's deposition.

Is this why they want to publish medical info. Bc she never was menthal but they prescribed her lithium?Britney never wanted this they just keep lying to her and using her kids as leverage. That is just insane it happened in US. Tell me about that democracy..

My friend working in hospital told me that lithium can make you crazy or motionless figure and lithium must be really used for short time, and find safe replacement.

The fact that they’re admitting to it know is because they seriously believe they had the right to do that and the court (used to?) thinks that too. It’s pure insanity. They just made the choice to “protect” (lmao) her from spending all of HER money and somehow that’s justification enough to strip her off her human rights. Disgusting, revolting, maddening

I'm not sure it says exactly that... in that screenshot, when the filing says "in this probate proceeding" I would assume Weingarten means the current matter that's being argued, no? And that's the 12th accounting, not the conservatorship itself.

(That said, we all know this was never ever about her mental health and it's all a massive scam by family and courts.)

This is insane, the hypocrisy in all of it, it just seems to be a bad movie or a nightmare. I mean, c-ship was never about Britney´s mental health yet when she wanted to leave or complained, she was "mentally unstable"? Are y´all out of y´all minds? Do you even realise how insanely effed up this is? To the whole team CON and everyone else complicit in this, suffer in flames of eternal damnation.

A mess… they are gonna get away with it because Britney signed away her rights (whether she knew it or not) so she could see her babies (abbreviated short version).

So disgusting that they did this to her.

An unforgivable, egregious abuse perpetuated by greedy associates, her own family, and the medical, legal and financial sectors...

There are some philosophers who argue against the concept of human rights for exactly this reason...it's an idea which can be used to commercialise people's rights as objects which can be given or taken away by the state and other insititutions.

Britney was robbed of her human dignity and the fact it was legislated through the legal system is f-ing disgusting!

You know not to be funny but Britney signing that involuntary form has to be almost the same thing as when we sign terms of agreements just to download an app not realizing we allowed them to track our location
