Don't see why that needs to be mentioned. The video is about her broken relationship not that.  Also, she's most likely not even guilty. The corrupt Spanish government is known to do this kind of thing to rich celebs that are not from Spain, so they can get under the table payment. This happened with a bunch of other celebs and sports stars as well.
