I think you got things mixed up, the guy in that picture is Isaac. Jason Trawick was her fiancé, they were together from 2009-2013 and he appeared in the Criminal video in 2011 when they were together.

but Britney was already hanging out with Jason in late 2006, first time seen in public with him was probably the week of the 2006 AMAs, I remember pictures of B and Jason leaving Paris house, she was wearing a blue tutu really cute
