You can’t heal from 13 years of physical  and psychological abuse after 10 months. Not having a dig at you but it’s not a quick fix. She’s verrrrryyyy angry and rightly so

this is exactly how she IS healing. addressing her pain, why, and owning her truth. it won't happen overnight, and she could address the same things over and over again. that is normal for ptsd and trauma survivors. especially with lynne bringing up all her pain in that bull**** "apology" and not respecting britney's set boundaries of no contact.

She has so much to say, I hope she does an interview to promote her book.  She deserves the entire world listening to her  not just reading her words.  When she posts her voice notes, I think people tend to empathize more with her, because she comes across well-spoken and she’s able to show ease and control in the way she speaks.  When she writes a caption, she goes HAM…because it’s easy to “yell” in text without realizing you’re yelling if that makes any sense.  The comments are always so tragic, but are usually very positive when you can hear her voice.
