Not to be an entitled fan, but in an apology, one must be sorry, not just for the pains that the other party felt, but for the pain, suffering, damage, and injury he/she has or might have caused.

There must be an acknowledgment of such responsibility, which must be followed by a desire to make amends.

That's a good way to determine whether the apology is genuine or not.

This apology should be in private. It feels so forced. She also says “sorry you are hurting” which still implies Britney’s is hurting on her own and not because of her family.

2) Lynne's declaration served as the basis to place Britney under Сship and waive B's right for the 5 day notice.
