Why is Radar on Blackout and Circus?

Not long ago I decided to listen to the album "Circus" which I never listened to because I thought I was not going to like this album (although I didn't since I love this album) and I noticed that there was also the title "Radar" which is in "Blackout" also in "Circus" I searched on the internet why the title appears on the two albums but I don't I found absolutely nothing, does anyone here know why the titles are found on both albums?

Because they had signed a deal with the producers (Bloodshy & Avant and The Clutch) that the song was guaranteed to be a single, but they wanted to move on from Blackout and push her into making a new album for the "comeback", but Radar still had to be a single at some point, so they added it to Circus and released it as a single from that album instead.

Because they had to wait for the horse to become legal age before they could film the horse po.rn

Radar was the 4th single off Blackout but as early 2008 with all Britney tossed in a conservatorship they didn’t promote. So when she got back to work that summer and launched Circus she added because of contract.

Pretty much already been said, but there was a contract/deal with Bloodshy & Avant stating it had to be a single. It was originally supposed to be the 4th and final single from Blackout (and it had already been given a promo release in some countries), but then it got cancelled so they had to add it to Circus.

I agree and Dave Myers idea for the video wasn’t good! Made no sense having this awesome upbeat song and no dancing and nothing awesome to match the song!

The rumoured original concept for Radar sounded so fun. It was Britney driving around London with friends searching for guy(s) or something

I’ve always wondered what makes a song a contracted single.  Like I’ll only give you the song if you make it a single? Wouldn’t every producer want that in a clause? And working with Britney knowing she only does one or two singles why give her the track when you can give it to riri or Taylor who will promote the hell out of it?
