The post makes no sense, but I think they're trying to say something about the fact that Amber from Scream 5 is the only killer to date to successfully kill one of the original characters from the first movie. (Obviously not counting Scream 1's killers and Nancy Loomis killing Randy Meeks in Scream 2.)
