they stifled her creativity so much, when if they actually allowed her to be the artist she wanted to be, they could have made even MORE money off her. but it was never really about that, it was always about dehumanizing her and making her feel like she was nothing. it's truly a miracle that she survived as long as she did, and is still here now to tell her story.

I know that Britney has talked about this before, and I just feel so bad for her! As an artist, our art is our everything, being able to express ourselves creatively, is a vital part of our being. It’s like breathing for us! So I can’t imagine how it feels to have your voice and creativity, stifled for so many years… she must have felt so low. But I’m glad that she’s now taking back her voice and hopefully she’ll find it in her one day to express herself creatively again, even if it’s just for her.💕

Britney was wronged so badly. She was always an interesting artist with her own vision, it's why she is now an icon, and the conservatorship just totally took away all of her artistic agency along with everything else

I can't believe they could be so horrible to her to not even allow her to DO REMIXES OF HER SONGS. She wasn't even refusing to perform, she just wanted to have some input into the show that was going to be put together. It's really dehumanizing that a woman who's been in the business for so many years and that knows what she's doing was completely ignored as if she were an spoiled 5-year-old child misbeheaving.

She's an artist for Christ's sake! How can you not let an artist (that is feeding you and you whole family btw) have some input and decision in her craft?

2011 Britney would have been a disaster. She was heavily meditated that year :(
