Since Britney had express that she didn't want to be back on stage, I thought Rihanna was the clearest choice.

Here for this! I think this would best place for Rihanna to have comeback! When she won her Michael Jackson Vanguard award performance proved anything, she has hits, on hits, on HITS! 

Ps I would want Britney to do it, because as for Rihanna great place to start the comeback but understand if she doesn’t want to do it. Maybe a year or two from now she would change her mind. I would want The NFL to give Britney an offer she couldn’t refuse!
