Were there conservatorship plans before 2007?

I've always wondered if they planned to put a conservatorship on Britney before 2007

A while ago I saw someone say the plans started in 2000

Does anyone have any info?

The court docs reference 1990 but everyone says it's a typo. Makes ya wonder tho. BUT after watching videos that That Surprise Witness has made on a similar topic, it's obvious how this all really went into motion in 2007.

Jason keeps saying that the annulment wasn't valid because they were under duress and without legal reps present. I wonder if he signed any agreements to get out of jail after he allegedly was lured to the wedding by "Britney"?

At least this is the first time she has been declared incompetent in a matter. In the annulment it appears that she was not in a position to know the consequences of the marriage.

I think in one of the emails that were in court documents recently, Lou says something about her and Jamie having prayed for this for 3 years if I remember correctly
