Post Malone Takes a Terrible Fall Onstage, Medics Rush In to Help

Post Malone was walking down a ramp on the floor of the arena, where there was a hole in the center used to lower his guitar. The hole was still open while he was walking back, and he fell inside and took a nasty fall.

He quickly sprawled out on the floor, and an eyewitness tells TMZ one of his legs was "shaking uncontrollably." Medics also rushed in and surrounded him as he left the stage. 

He asked fans for a few minutes to rest, causing the crowd to be concerned. After about 15 minutes, he returned for "Rockstar" and "Cooped Up."

Fans say he was clutching his ribs as he performed, and thanked the crowd for their patience, noting the "big a-- hole in the stage." He finished the show, and even stayed after to sign a few autographs.There are no updates on his condition, but he's scheduled to continue on Sunday (September 19) in Columbus, Ohio.
