I feel like this isn't true? I'm seeing no mention of this anywhere and I don't believe it was announced that her tax trial had even started. Also the legal outcome of her tax issues wouldn't be determined at the same time as her custody issues. Um...unless she gets sent to prison. In that case, custody would be simple.   

Also, just my opinion, I think the kids should stay in Spain as it's a much safer place than the USA.
