yep. Although he looks incredible, it's not natural bodybuilding. He did SUBTLY admit to it in an interview when he was the Superman. He said that the way his body looks for his Superman role is not something young men should strive for as it's not very possible to do in the natural way, and he's urging ppl to stay natural.
