I love Oops... as well.  Had a tough time picking between it and In the Zone, which also has some ridiculously strong tracks on it.  At the end of the day, though, I probably would have to go with In the Zone due to a slightly stronger lineup, but overall between the two albums the "Oops...I Did It Again" song is one of my two favorite songs from Britney.

Unreleased material would definitely be my favorite. Top 3 would be Blackout, Circus, & In The Zone.

Its ironic that you picked ITZ over Oops as your fave album considering your username.
