I don't think Taylor Swift is egotistical at all, I think she's fully aware of how capable and talented she is and isn't afraid to shout it when necessary. She doesn't say it all the time anyway, only when people try to put her down.

I'm not aware of any musical artist who screams 'narcissistic personality' more than Kanye. Not 100% the same thing as egotistical, but pretty close.
