He was in that role for many years prior to and during the conservatorship.

I wouldn't expect him to speak out.

I was always thinking that he loved Britney and she not really.

There were rumours saying he had a crush on her even before conservatorship and then Sam Lufti's texts with Britney leaked. There she wrote that Jason wants something more from her,but she sees him only like a friend but he is great with her kids.

So I think she decided to be with him because her options were so much limited and she likes to have a partner. And you can really see that he was the one more engaged into that relationship and he seemed in love with her but her not really.

It really seemed Jason used the opportunity to finally be with his crush even though she was not into him.

It seemed like it was for her  relationship out of convenience.

Just wonder has conservatorship ended in late 2009/early 2010 if she would have stayed with him and maybe created a good relationship.

In terms of who could sue him, it depends on who served the NDA. If it's Black Box, for example, I wouldn't want to mess with Edan, especially after he threatened someone with a gun.

But it's also just a bad look to violate an NDA, even if it's expired (I don't believe they do). Jason may not want to risk his professional reputation over it.
