Addressing this means she is confident that the audio is out in the public sphere. It wasn't a leak or a mistake. I think it pretty much confirms she knew it would be copied and reposted so she could delete or hide her upload. I don't know why she deletes things though haha! Mysterious woman.

Usually due to bipolar disorder. It can be very effective. However there are a some side effects and needs close monitoring, especially in the beginning.
