Britney and Beyoncé set the bar too high for the VMAs or any award show to be honest. Everything seems so basic compared to the Snake performance.  
It is what it is. Do I blame the artist? Definitely not. This just proves how once in a lifetime a performer like Britney Spears is!

This show is so awful now….oh my gosh. It’s TERRIBLE.

Nicki’s performance was messy as usual. It doesn’t feel like she rehearsed much.

Lizzo stood in one spot and relied on graphics behind her while also sounding out of breath and off pitch the entire time.

The Snoop and Eminem performance was mostly animated.

The Blackpink song wasn’t memorable.

All of the performances have been SO mediocre!!!

 

Where are the BIG stars??

Where is Beyoncé….she just released an album and hasn’t promoted it!!

Where is Doja to debut her new look and perform Woman and Get Into It (Yuh)??

Who are these “best new artists”….Dove Cameron????

The best moments have been the surprise appearance of Fergie, the appearances of Johnny Depp, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers…sadly not much else
