Maybe that’s why it was pushed out a bit? She wanted to tweak a few things. Wish they left the ad-Libs but we have the demo for that.

Yup the rumours were it was pushed back a week because she wasn’t happy with how it sounded….so the final version is how she wanted it and people can stop blaming Elton! It’s just really sad she didn’t have confidence in her vocals 🥲

I thought I’d extract this part out because maybe this shows she wanted her vocals blended and mixed a specific way. I LOVE how she was given her freedom to record and bring her contribution to the song. (She should be given a producer credit imo)

EXACTLY! Hopefully this song is a success and boosts her confidence, she clearly needs it! I don’t know why she thought her vocals weren’t good enough or right, they sounded amazing to everyone 🥲

I wouldn't be surprised if Britney used this as a "test". She wanted to know (and maybe prove) that she's still able to get the plays, streams, buys etc.

OMG it sounds like Britney has what it takes to be a producer. I'd love to see her dabble in that if she decides to not come back to performing just yet.  Max Martiney is coming, y'all. All hail Giorgio Moroderney. ...I can't think of any other music producers... will.i.amney?

Nice to have clarification. The demo sounds

amazing Britney never doubt yourself . But I do love the harmonizing and the layers of both their vocals on the finished one too!  And Britney you sound incredible
